DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
We collect sales tax if you are in the state of Georgia.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We do not collect any taxes or fees for imported products. You will be responsible for any Vtax or other expenses.

SHIPPING CARRIER
We normally ship UPS ground, if you would like any other service- specify how you want your order shipped, e.g. any UPS service, Federal Express, truck line, etc. All shipments are FOB factory (Jasper, GA) unless quoted otherwise.

RETURNS
Call us for Return Authorization Number (RAN).  We will only accept returns that have a valid RAN visible on the outer packaging and are freight prepaid.  All returns are subject to inspection. We only credit products that are undamaged and in resellable condition. Custom or imprinted orders are not returnable. We have a 25% restocking charge. You must pay freight return costs.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Provide complete company name, address, and contact name to whom the order is to be shipped. For multiple destinations a typed list or labels  with this information will be required. There is a $2.50 per destination handling charge for this service. 

ALLOWANCES
It is standard on custom and silk screening orders to have a 5% variance in the final quantity shipped.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We cannot guarantee that your order will not be damaged in transit. Inspect your shipment upon delivery. In the event  that you discover damage, keep all original packing materials and call Plastic Design for customer service immediately.
